Self-Awareness & Team Effectiveness- Assessments

MBTI

TKI - Conflict Management

Emotional Intelligence

I am a Master Certified Practitioner for The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). MBTI is a self-report assessment designed to indicate psychological preferences in how people perceive the world and make decisions.

This assessment is great to discover your preferences and blind spots.
The MBTI instrument was constructed by Katherine Cook Briggs and her daughter Isabel Briggs Myers based on the theories of Carl Jung.

  1. The Pearman makes the vital distinction between what is more natural (Type) and what is more demonstrated (behavior), allowing us to measure and address the differences and tensions that exist when what we DO is not what we prefer.
  2. The Pearman is a validated and normed assessment that measures your engagement with each of the 8 essential cognitive functions of Jung’s revolutionary Type model (S, N, T and F, each with an extraverted and introverted expression).
  3. The Pearman FlexIndex—independent of Type–is a measure of flexibility, agility and resilience. The qualities that compose the FlexIndex—Proactivity, Composure, Connectivity, Variety Seeking and Rejuvenation–can be directly exercised and increased, thus aiding the ability to move between functions and stretch your Type development.

Team Performance Inventory

The Team Performance Inventory (TPI) is rooted in Impact International’s own Team Performance Model (TPM) comprised of six domains—each contributing a vital and inter-dependent component of effective teamwork.

  • Unified Purpose — a shared understanding of why the team exists
  • External Alignment — the context within which the team operates
  • Agreed Approach — the group’s conscious and recognized use of norms and processes
  • Effective Relationships — trust, openness and honesty on the team
  • Quality Conversations — communication and interaction within the group
  • High Performance Mindset — the ongoing process of group learning and development

Unlike most team tools that create a team portrait by pooling individual member personality profiles or behaviors together, the TPI collects and compiles each group member’s opinions of the group as a whole—never focusing on any one member’s style or viewpoint. This unique approach draws on leading team development literature and research, and over 30 years of extensive group development experience around the world.
